Week 3!

I didn't post last week and that's because I didn't lose any weight! In fact, I think I might have gained some weight. And it's just so depressing! I'd rather just put it to the back of my mind and pull it out later to mull over it.
Tomorrow's my weigh-in day again and I'm dreading it. I'm really expecting to still be @ 160, or maybe even a few pounds over 160!
I said I'd post my measurements next time and it's this time so here goes.

waist - 34
hips - 39.5
upper thigh - 24
lower thigh - 18.5
arm - 13

I wonder what my ideal measurements would be. Any suggestions?
